The main goal of the Summer School for Visual Mathematics and Education in July 2013, Eger, was to show new ways in teaching mathematics: methods, software, games, toys, materials. With the help of this experimental view of mathematics education, we believe, we can make it easier and more joyful for our pupils to learn mathematics. After taking part in the Summer School, we asked our teachers-in-practice to try out the new methods they’ve learned, in real teaching situations. The participants used the various topics and methods of the summer school creatively. Here you can find the lesson plans and teaching materials: there are lessons from 4th grade of primary school to the last years of secondary school.
