Dear Exchange Student,
We are pleased to welcome you as a participant in the Tempus Student Exchange Program. We are confident that you made the right decision when you chose our program. We hope that you will be able to realize all your academic and personal objectives and you will enjoy your time to the fullest extent.

In the frame of the TEMPUS IV. project, Visuality & Mathematics: Experiential Education of Mathematics through Visual Arts, Sciences and Playful Activities, during the school year 2012/2013 all 4 Serbian institution can send 10-10 students for a short study period (1 month) to one of the 4 Member States project partner institutions. The selec­tion of the students will be coordinated by Slavik V. Jablan. Travelling and cost of stay for the students will be financed by the Tempus project.

Application procedure:

  1. Only students who belong to the following Serbian partner institutions can apply:
    • ICT College of Vocational Studies
    • Belgrade Metropolitan University
    • University of Novi Sad
    • Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts
  2. Applicants need to send a CV and a motivation letter in English
  3. Applications need to be sent to Dr. Slavik V. Jablan [email]
  4. Application Period: 2013, February 4 - March 4, 16.00 o'clock
  5. Students who are selected to take part on the exchange program are informed and contracted by their institution until 2013, March 15
  6. Before travelling students need to make a contract with the sending institutions
  7. All the student information required by the host university are sent to the host university by the sending institution no later than 18 March

Important:
Each student taking part in the short-term mobilities of the project will be asked to produce a short summary (2-3 pages essay) about their experiences, their thoughts about their studies and the methods they learned etc. These written pieces will then be published together, as a kaleidoscope on the project. The publication will be financed by the project and will be coordinated by EKC. Template will be provided!

Those 40 students who take part in the short mobility trips are being requested to include the new methods they learned about into their final essays. These essays will be published at the end of the project, in an on-line format, and on the project website.
